ME Tropical Garden,  Pools, and Jacuzzis - Maddox's Playground

With the help of local architectural/artist Gustavo Fernando Vargas, Montanita Estates  boasts the most beautiful pools and garden in the Montanita area. Montanita Estates has dedicated over an acre to its tropical garden and pool area which is just 1 minute walk to the center of Montanita.   Maddox's Playground is an incredible mix bamboo and flora along with 2 pools, 2 jacuzzi's and lounge which has created a beautfiful refuge for our guests to relax in what feels like a rain forest just outside your door.  We've recently added a second pool and jacuzzi in front of our newest building ME3 as well as a pool side tiki bar, Brawa.
