Arrival InstructionsMontanita Estates and the ME Hotel are located on a hill overlooking town directly across from the main entrance to Montanita.
As you arrive in Montanita and pass the police station look for a the gated community and private entrance marked by our banner 100 meters before the main entrance to Montanita and Arrival bus stop. Montanita Estates accepts check in's 24 hours a day, however if you are going to arrive after 9 pm please send an email to info@montanitaestates.com with arrival time estimate. Please check-in at reception or the bar by the main pool. Parking is immediately in front of reception. Next to the ME Hotel reception is our real estate office which is open everyday from 9:00-6:30 pm however the REAL ESTATE OFFICE HOURS MAY VARY BASED ON SURF FORECAST |
